Notes/Observations:

The Phillies had held a 7 game lead over Brooklyn on September 21.
Dodgers get 2 hits and 2 walks in 9th, do not score. Ashburn perfect throw cuts down potential game winning run.
Robin Roberts by getting the victory becomes the first Phillie 20-game winner since 1917.
